Our counter pressure
filling machines are designed perfectly for bottling carbonated water /
beveraes in PET bottles using pretreaded plastic closures , with internal
wad .
There are two basic models , CVP25 & CVP50 , with an output of 1500
& 3000 BPH respectively (reference to 1 litre bottle size) . However ,
the machine can handle all sizes ranging from 200 to 2000 ml , without
change parts , the CVP25 & CVP50 machines come equipped with SS304 skid
mounted carbonator unit with output of 1600 & 3200 LPH respectively.
The filling machine comes complete with infeed air conveyor , outfeed DERLIN slat conveyor, automatic cap elevator , and SS304 cladded monoblock platform . The carbonator unit comes complete with internal stainless steel piping and electronic control panel.
