EDIBLE OIL
This is a filler - capper
designed especially for bottling of edible oil . Since edible oil is more
viscous as compared to water or juice , the valve design is such that the
product is filled drip free and filled along the inner wall of the bottle
. The infeed air conveyor and the capping rotor design is similar to our
mineral water lines and the rinse rotor is not provided , since internal
rinsing could leave traces of water at the time of filling . The cap
elevator / orientator is similar to our standard filling machines ,
complete with UV sterilization of caps . The rotor to rotor transfer is
fully automatic , complete with PICK & PLACE capping . The torque
adjustable capping heads permit fine adjustment of applied torque based
upon the closure being used . PLC based electrical control is standard .
