MILK FILLER CAPPER

This is a monoblock filler - capper designed specially for bottle long milk in HDPE / PET bottles using PUNCH type push on caps . The filling tank has NON DRIP valves which ensure filling under near aseptic conditions . The machine has the following add on features"

1. UV lamp sterlization for empty bottles on infeed transfer rotor .

2. Complete provision for CIP using dummy caps , which permit tank sanitation using saturated staem .

3. UV lamp sterlization for caps inside the elevator ground level hopper .

4. Fill tank and fill valves processed from SS316 .

5. Machine basic frame , rotor housings are processed from SS304 .
