POLYFILL:
The machine is a semi-automatic model for rinsing - filling - sealing 5 gallon returnable jars . It has an output of 120 / 240 jars per hour . The machine is rotary-monoblock by design and has manual loading / unloading of jars .

• Four internal rinse plus one external rinse wash cycle as per international norms . 

• Progressive two stage filling for greater filling accuracy . 

• Two stage impact capping for leakproof results . 

• Diving nozzles for internal wash for effective cleaning of the jar cavity .
